With over 35 years of love and passion for floristry and gardening, Cheryl is the heart behind Lavender Stone Florist. After a long career in public service, she chose to follow her lifelong passion for flowers — returning to what she loves most: creating thoughtful, handcrafted arrangements that bring beauty and meaning to everyday moments.
Cheryl is deeply passionate about the natural world and is committed to creating floristry that respects the environment. She works with seasonal British flowers wherever possible, actively seeking out local growers — including those within the Forest of Dean and surrounding areas — while reducing plastics and choosing more sustainable materials wherever she can.
Every bouquet is personally designed by Cheryl, using flowers chosen with care, creativity and a deep respect for nature.
Based at Leaf Creative Garden Centre, Cheryl creates seasonal, handcrafted arrangements in collaboration with the RHS and Chelsea Gold Award–winning team, bringing nature, care and creativity together in every design.
